Gill’s brother was a founding member of The Falcons back in the 60s. She used to go to the shows but didn’t have the confidence to sing in public in those days. She joined a Ladies Barbershop Chorus in 1996 and that gave her the confidence she needed. So when she was asked if she would like to sing with The Falcons, she jumped at the chance. She says “We have great fun and enjoy our music so much that we just want to get out there and share it.”
